I'm Sarah, mum to four wonderful children, long standing partner to Darren, feeder of all pets, lover of photos (taking them and editing them), bike rides and lazy days.
I have been blogging for several years starting out on my first blog This is me - Sarah mum of 3(which you can find here) but when life became busier, and my eldest three children stopped being as willing models I found myself blogging less and less.
Then I become pregnant with baby number 4, and my old blogging name suddenly didn't fit, when other commitments took over and my time slipped away I hardly looked at my camera, the lack of photographs made me sad, without my blog to showcase my photos I had somehow lost the passion for taking them, and had lost the love for blogging in general. It becoming a chore instead of a passion, and many times I had promised to change my blog with less reviews and more personal photos and memories, but no matter how good my intentions I had never actually got round to putting my plans into practise.
But with a new member of the family, and a New year upon us my want for a change was even more of a reality, I did not want to miss the fleeting baby years and moments which pass in a blink of an eye.
I didn't want to stumble along with an uncomfortable blog name, or fall back into bad blogging habits, I wanted to start again, do things a bit differently this time, and regain my focus.
So here we are, a brand new year, a brand new blog, a hope to rekindle my love for photography, and a place to store those important moments of our lives once more.
I have imported my old posts to have them stored in one place, they are still available on my original blog as well, but it's nice to have them here too :)
