Drip Drip Drop little April Showers, Beating a tune as you fall all around..
Every time it rains the song from Disney's Bambi movie jumps into my head, fitting at the moment because it is indeed April and we are experiencing our fair share of Showers!
So what do you do when it has seemed to do nothing much but rain?!
Go out and have fun in spite of the wetness of course!
Drip Drip Drop Little April Showers, What can compare to your beautiful sound?
Do you love or loath the rain?
I'm linking in to the Country Kids over at Coombe Mill encouraging everyone to get outdoors and enjoy!
To see what everyone else has got upto this wet week pop on over by clicking on the badge below.
Looks like they were having great fun despite it peeing it down!
ReplyDeletethey like the rain but have to jump in all the puddles within 2 minutes of being outside and then get soaked instantly which means before long they start complaining!
DeleteTo be honest I'm not keen on it although as a gardener I know we really need it. I do love the sound of it on the roof when I'm safe and warm and dry inside though! Looks like you still had lots of fun despite the rain :)
ReplyDeleteyes there somethign nice about listening to the rain :)
DeleteGorgeous photos. Looks like you had fun. The best thing about getting outside in the rain is coming back to a cosy house afterwards and warming up with tea and cakes or crumpets!

ReplyDeleteI don't mind the rain as long as its not too cold with it, but I must admit being inside and watching it rain is just as good ;)
